The Neighbors Connect Digital Access Program is bringing free technology and hands-on training to Minneapolis residents and small business owners—and Northeast neighbors are encouraged to participate.
Offered by Technologist Computers with support from Hennepin County, this program helps close the digital divide by providing participants with a no-cost laptop and practical, easy-to-follow training designed for everyday use.
For Individuals & Families
Training sessions for individuals and families focus on using technology for daily life—such as accessing online services, staying connected with family, managing email, and building confidence with a laptop.

For Small Business Owners
A separate session is available for small business owners who want to strengthen their digital skills to support daily operations. Participants will receive a free laptop along with hands-on training focused on practical business applications.
