Director of Outreach – Jon Hollister
Jon’s position focuses on engaging with the community to help them understand the organization’s purpose, understand what neighbors want the organization to do, and to recruit folks to engage with the organization. Jon staffs the Events Committee and the Housing and Livability Committees.
Jon has been involved with neighborhood work for the last 4 years. His background is in Social Work and he is glad to apply his education and background to support neighborhood engagement. He grew up in Sheboygan, WI and moved to MN for college. He has lived in Northeast since moving to the Twin Cities and has remained a Beltrami resident since becoming engaged in neighborhood work.
Director of Administration – Christie Hantge
Christie’s position focuses on the internal functions of the organization that keep it running effectively, funded appropriately, and ensuring community members are updated on the organization’s activities.
Christie has 28 years of experience working with Minneapolis neighborhood organizations. She holds an MA degree in Public Administration from Minnesota State University at Mankato and is in the process of writing her dissertation to finish her Doctorate in Public Administration at Hamline University. Christie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), and has completed the National Development Council’s Economic Development Finance Professional Certification Program. Christie is an avid runner. In her spare time, she is head coach of the Hutchinson High School Girls Track and Field team. She also likes spending time at her family cabin.
