NEPNA 2023 Annual Meeting and Board of Directors Elections on May 13, from 4 pm to 6 pm at Sociable Cider Werks

The Northeast Park Neighborhood Association 2023 Annual Meeting is Saturday, May 13, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., at Sociable Cider Werks.  Elections to the Board of Directors will take place at this meeting. You must live, work or own property in the Northeast Park neighborhood to be eligible for a seat on the NEPNA Board of Directors.

• Three with 2-year terms
• Three with 1-year terms
• Plus Six alternate positions

Election procedures: Prospective board members may be nominated through open nominations from residents of the Northeast Park neighborhood at the annual meeting. The person moderating the elections will accept each nomination and will close the nominating process when no further nominations are proposed. Interested candidates not available to attend the annual meeting, may be nominated for a place on the Board and have a representative provide a speech if available. Once nominations are complete, those nominated may provide a speech. Candidates who receive a majority of votes from the membership present at the meeting are elected to the Board position.
