RecPlus youth ask mural artists questions and do their own art at the NE Athletic Field Park bathroom building.
If you haven’t noticed yet, the mural Northeast Park Neighborhood Association (NEPNA) worked to bring to the park, is going up! We’re so excited about the mural and hope you get a chance to connect with the artists from Creatives After Curfew while they are painting in the evenings for the next couple of weeks. I wanted to share these wonderful photos the Parks Dept took with kids from the NE Park Rec Plus program too. It’s been such a great experience getting this all to come together and we hope you are able to find joy in the new art! As we move forward, we would love to hear any other ideas you have for ways in which NEPNA can engage folks in our community!
