A representative from the City of Minneapolis will meet with business owners and entrepreneurs to share resources and assist those who want to start, maintain, or expand a business in the City of Minneapolis (e.g., financing, city regulations, and business technical assistance). Discovery Theatre
K-grade 1. Using award-winning author Matt de la Peña’s story “Milo Imagines the World,” explore beginning theatrical skills through improvisation, character development, and movement activities. Intro to Tenango Embroidery
Traditional Mexican embroidery, known as Tenango, can be used to add texture and color to your embroidery projects. Learn different Tenango embroidery stitches – including Otomí, Chamula, and Tzotzil – each with their own embroidered napkin. Materials provided. Collaborator: Textile Center. Painting Workshop
Paint fall apples in acrylics with artist Karen Chan. This relaxed and supportive class is perfect for those new to painting. The experienced instructor will guide you step-by-step, so no prior experience is necessary.
