Beltrami Community Garden Application

I have reviewed, and I agree to, the Beltrami Community Garden Rules, Expectations and General Information posted on the Beltrami Community Garden webpage (https://www.lnena.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Beltrami-Community-Garden-Addendum.pdf).

I understand that violation of these rules may result in expulsion from the garden.

I understand that the Lower Northeast Neighborhoods Association and landowner are not responsible for my actions and/or the actions of my guests. I agree to hold harmless LNENA and/or the landowner for any liability, damage or loss that occurs in connection with the use of the Beltrami Community Garden.

I submit this signed application and a $50 payment ($30 fee and $20 deposit) in agreement with these terms.
