The Annual Meeting will begin at 3:00 p.m., where you’ll hear neighborhood updates, learn about upcoming projects, and have the opportunity to vote in the Board elections. Your voice matters—help shape the future of Lower Northeast!
Get Involved!
We are currently seeking candidates for the board of directors. Anyone who lives, works, owns a business or owns property in either the Beltrami or Northeast Park neighborhoods is eligible to run for a seat on the board. Responsibilities include attending monthly board meetings; participating on a committee; volunteering at neighborhood events; and/or helping with neighborhood projects.
Serving on the board is a rewarding way to get involved, meet neighbors, and work collaboratively on initiatives that enhance our community. Board members help guide LNENA’s mission, advocate for neighborhood priorities, and support programs that promote equity, safety, and livability.
Who Should Consider Running?
We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences. Whether you’re a longtime resident or new to the neighborhood, your voice matters. If you care about issues like public safety, community events, local business support, and neighborhood improvements, we encourage you to run. We’re hosting a bean bag tournament starting at 12:00 p.m., on the day of the Annual Meeting. Grab a partner and register your team for $25. It’s a great way to have fun, meet neighbors, and support your community.
