The Northeast Park Matching Grant Program is here! That’s up to $3000 free money (minimum $1000) for just about any home improvement project you can dream up. Applicant must match each grant dollar for dollar (i.e.: you spend $2000, they give you $2000, etc.), but it’s a pretty sweet deal and there’s no income limit to be eligible for this program. Fill out your application today before the money goes away!
This grant is available to properties located within the boundaries of the Northeast Park’s neighborhood. Must be owner-occupied single-family detached homes and duplexes.
• Grants are a minimum of $1,000 and a maximum of $3,000. Applicant must match each grant dollar one-for-one. Matching funds must be available at the time the grant is approved.
• There is no income limit to be eligible for this program.
• The intention of this grant is to provide incentive to homeowners to make improvements to their homes to extend the life of the housing stock, improve livability, and make improvements to the neighborhood. Most interior and exterior improvements are eligible. This may include, roof, water heather replacement, garage reconstruction, water mitigation, plumbing repairs, etc.
