The Lower Northeast Neighborhoods Association has two committees that meet on a monthly basis; Events and Housing. If you have an interest in learning more about the work that we do, please consider attending. It’s a great opportunity to get to know your neighbors and give back to your community.  The Events Committee meets at 6:30 p.m., and the Housing Committee meets at 7:30 p.m.

Tyler Graphic Package LUA -FINAL- Proposed Development

At the July 14th Housing & Livability Meeting, Footprint Development will present their proposed redevelopment plan for 734 Tyler Project (currently a 4-story apartment. Council Member Rainville will also be in attendance to listen to residents concerns and respond to questions.
